Reviews/ What Users Have to Say
In one of the most recent AccorHotels reviews, we saw that the company had no sense of customer service. One of their customers made a mistake with their date reservation information. AccorHotels told him to make another reservation but that they wouldn’t be able to make a refund for the first. The reviewer concluded: “This is a nasty way to make money doing nothing !!! Conclusion: At accordhotels you do not have the right to make mistakes! I will book somewhere else and never set foot in these establishments again!”
In another light, another of the AccorHotels reviews says their “Their customer support service is very poor if you have any problems.” This time, he had been charged for a reservation he never made.
Their Official Website
AccorHotels invites us with their tagline, “Feel Welcome,” which greets us from their official website. We visited their site and were a little turned off by how excessively formal its appearance was. Admittedly, I found it difficult and confusing to get around. Most of the information on their pages pertained to the company itself: company profile, commitment, hotel development, and tabs for their Investors and Candidates.
AccorHotels has the following social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube. For more information, updates, and offers about AccorHotels, view their Twitter account here.

Our Final Words
Mr. Bazin may be a champion for helping the environment and hospitality industry, but their company’s customer service reputation is unacceptable. They often brush off problems and lose customers in the process.
