Not Worth It
Fareportal’s customer service is so lousy, reviewers rated them with less than two stars. After many a negative experience dealing with this company, reviewers concluded they’re incompetent and stealers. Financial issues are treated as with other problems, and Fareportal’s end does little to help make travellers’ plans work; overall, I wouldn’t recommend this service.
