What people are saying
On the Travelation reviews pages such as Trustpilot.com, they have a score of 8.6 out of 10, with 67.4% of the reviews being 5 stars. The only thing you might not like is that all most all the 5 star ratings there are just one liners, like great job and found the cheapest price on their website and so on.

If you really put a lot of weight on reviews then this might be a little fishy to you, but if you don’t then maybe this is one of the good places to use. There are a few bad reviews on tripadvisor.com but they have all been closed by tripadvisor for not having any activity.

The Website
The website has all the bells and whistles you can put on a website. They offer deals on flights, hotels, and car rentals, also there are deals right on the homepage and a button to click for sale alerts.

You can add your email to get alerts on deals as they are offered. There is a place you can check your reservation as well. They also offer free cancellation within 12 hours after you book.

No online check in, or flight status, or ways to alter your flight. Nothing about a mobile app or any kind of rewards program.

Customer Service
Their customer service seems to be good, on the Travelation reviews pages there was nothing bad to be said about it. There are many ways to reach them and yes, they are available 24/7. there is a live chat option also, however there is no TTY (hearing impaired) service.

Call them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Conclusion
Well, there seems to be some good things and some bad things. Up to you as to what to believe. If you trust the Travelation reviews then maybe they are ok, and then there are some bad reviews also. That happens on all the websites you can’t do everything right every time.
